WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a resort environment.
• Holds a relevant qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Demonstrates a proactive “can-do” attitude with strong work ethics.
• Physically fit, well-groomed, and in good overall health.
• Possesses a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service focus.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Self-motivated with initiative, enthusiasm, and a drive to achieve results.
• Capable of living and working within a remote island resort setting.
