This is a B2B-focused sales role centered on building and managing channel partnerships, driving revenue growth through resellers and commercial networks, and executing effective sales strategies in the fast-paced ICT sector. It is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience who are ambitious, relationship-driven, and eager to thrive in a professional and supportive environment.

About the Role

Reporting to management, you will be responsible for developing and executing partner sales strategies across D2UNet’s commercial market segments. You will build lasting relationships with key business partners, drive sales targets, and champion innovative approaches to revenue growth in a competitive tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for ICT solutions and services across SMB and Enterprise market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, operations, and technical delivery to optimise campaigns and ensure partner needs are met.
  • Drive quarterly and annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and proactive pipeline management.
  • Provide sales support to partners to enhance engagement and product knowledge.
  • Monitor pricing, promotional performance, and market activity to ensure profitability and responsiveness.
  • Prepare and present clear, accurate sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within ICT, tech devices, or a related commercial sector.
  • Experience or strong interest in managing channel partnerships, reseller networks, or commercial accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to fast-moving market trends and evolving customer demands.
  • Good report writing skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who also thrives working independently.
  • Own transport is preferred.
  • A relevant certificate or diploma in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
