Employer Profile Summary:
S. Nagindas & Company Pte Limited is a growing private sector organization and is a market leader in Fiji’s clothing retail industry, renowned for its commitment to exceptional service and quality products. With the head office in Nadi, S. Nagindas has extended operations with 14 retail stores and an E-Commerce Website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with coordinating new hire onboarding.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for retail operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Liaise with branches for staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Assist with preparing HR related reports and analytics for management review.
• Assist with drafting letters and employment contracts.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with payroll processing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Diploma/Degree in Human Resource required from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with all staff.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work and manage multiple priorities effectively.
