Job Summary:

S. Nagindas is looking for a talented and driven Graphic Artist to join our team creating visual content, such as prints, patterns, logos for apparel, accessories and brands within the fashion industry. Their responsibilities will include trend research, colour selection, designing garments using software like Adobe Illustrator , Corel Suite  and Adobe Photoshop.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visual Design Creation: Develops graphics, prints, and patterns for clothing, accessories, and footwear. 
• Marketing & Branding: Designs logos, packaging, advertising visuals, website graphics, and swing tickets to promote fashion brands and products. 
• Trend Research: Stays updated on fashion trends and consumer preferences to create appealing designs. 
• Technical Artwork: Creates technical artwork for apparel that can be used for manufacturing. 
• Collaboration: Works closely with fashion designers, marketing teams, and creative directors to ensure design consistency and brand messaging. 
• Software Proficiency: Uses graphic design and CAD software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to create designs.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Creativity & Artistic Ability: A strong eye for detail, artistic talent, and innovative thinking are essential. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a must. 
• Commercial Awareness: Understanding the fashion market and commercial demands is important for creating successful designs. 
• Collaboration & Communication: The ability to work effectively with other designers and communicate design ideas is key. 
• Education: Often requires a Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, or a related field.
