ORDER PROCESSING CLERK
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position at C J Patel (Pacific) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the CJ Patel Group of Companies, based in Lautoka. Reporting to the Regional Sales Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper order records, and supporting smooth daily order processing operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Process customer orders daily in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all orders are completed on time to support scheduled deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products, pricing, and orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Advise the team regarding any orders received outside the given timeframe or any other related queries.
Qualification, Experience and Attributes:
- Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Remuneration:
