About us:
Fiji Dairy Pte Limited is a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies and is the leading manufacturer of a range of dairy products including pasteurized milk, UHT milk, powdered milk, butter, yoghurt, fresh and sour cream and various other flavored dairy products. We are seeking to recruit dynamic and performance-oriented Machine Operator to be based in our Head Office, Cunningham Road, Nabua.
- Work with Production Supervisors to meet weekly and monthly production targets.
- Operate plant and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and process hygiene requirements.
- Assist in diagnosing machine faults and work with engineering team to minimize downtime.
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are adhered.
- Manage all Raw and Packaging material inventory related to plant, and reconcile inventory during month end stock takes.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce losses, process bottlenecks and optimize plant efficiencies.
Essential Requirements:
- Vocational Training Certificate in any related Engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a food manufacturing plant.
- Must be a team player with proven leadership skills.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work in shifts.
