We are currently seeking a highly motivated Head of Business Risk to join our Business Risk Team at the Digicel Khalsa Office, reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!
The Head of Business Risk is accountable for strengthening Digicel Pacific’s Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management capability across all markets. The role ensures that RAFM controls remain current, effective, and within the Group’s risk appetite, while driving continuous improvement in RAFM maturity. This includes leading risk identification, assessment, reporting, and mitigation activities; coordinating cross‑functional change management and ensuring that revenue leakage and fraud risks are proactively managed.
The role provides strategic leadership to the Business Risk team, maintains enterprise‑wide RAFM risk registers, delivers regular reporting to senior stakeholders, and ensures alignment with industry best practice. The position also develops and delivers RAFM training programs for employees and supports the implementation of strategic initiatives that safeguard revenue and strengthen business resilience.
Core responsibilities:
· Ensure all Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management controls across GSM (Postpaid & Prepaid), ICT, MFS, and Home & Entertainment remain within acceptable tolerance levels and aligned to Group risk appetite.
· Work with Human Resources, Legal, and relevant authorities to investigate internal fraud cases, ensuring timely follow‑through until closure.
· Clearly articulate identified risks, impacts, and recommended mitigation actions to relevant stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.
· Maintain comprehensive RAFM risk registers and provide weekly, monthly, and annual reporting on risk level changes, including shifts in categorization (low/medium/high/extreme).
· Develop and deliver RAFM training programs (professional development and on‑the‑job) for employees across all markets.
· Implement, maintain, and enhance RAFM systems and automated controls to detect and prevent revenue leakage in near real‑time, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices.
· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support smooth implementation of new services, promotions, system upgrades, and network changes with minimal business disruption.
· Provide leadership, direction, and performance management to the Business Risk team, ensuring clarity of goals and high levels of motivation and delivery.
· Support and execute strategic initiatives of the Business Risk function and undertake additional tasks as required by senior stakeholders or audit.
Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Science & Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Fraud Examination.
· 10+ years’ experience in RAFM, fraud management, or related fields.
· Strong capability in risk management, fraud analytics, project management, data analysis, and process improvement.
· Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Deep understanding of telecommunications business models and RAFM best practices.
