Qualifications
Business Connect Fiji (BCF) is a Fiji-based strategic implementation partner supporting research institutions and agencies, development organizations, donors, international businesses and governments to deliver effective, accountable, and locally grounded outcomes across Fiji and the Pacific region. We specialize in translating program design into high-quality on-the-ground execution, with a strong emphasis on evidence, inclusion, and sustainable impact.
Our team brings proven experience in nationwide monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data collection, field research, stakeholder engagement, and analytical reporting across diverse geographic and community contexts. We understand the operational realities of working in remote, climate-vulnerable, and culturally diverse environments, and we design our approaches to be both methodologically rigorous and locally appropriate. From facilitating focus group discussions and large-scale field surveys to producing clear, decision-ready analysis, BCF ensures that data meaningfully informs programming, policy, and investment decisions.
Beyond research and data services, BCF provides in-country coordination and implementation support that strengthens program delivery. We work closely with local partners, community stakeholders, government agencies, and private sector actors to ensure activities are well-integrated, compliant with national frameworks, and responsive to local needs. Our role often bridges international standards and local systems, reducing delivery risk while strengthening local ownership and capacity.
With deep networks across communities, institutions, and industry, BCF is able to mobilize trusted field teams, access hard-to-reach areas, and facilitate productive engagement at multiple levels. Our operational agility, combined with strong governance and reporting discipline, makes us a reliable partner for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
