Guest Service Agent (GSA) - Island Based Position

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first person our guests meet, so you will help create a great first impression.

Your job is to provide excellent service, communicate clearly, and make sure every guest feels welcome and enjoys their stay.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in guests in a friendly and professional way

  • Answer guest questions and help with bookings and requests

  • Share clear information about the resort, activities, and services

  • Work with other departments to make sure guests have a smooth stay

  • Handle payments and keep records accurate

  • Solve guest issues quickly and keep them happy

  • Keep your check in area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

  • Good communication and people skills

  • Positive attitude and able to solve problems

  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays

  • Reliable, well-presented, and a team player

  • Basic computer skills (experience with booking systems is a bonus)

  • Enjoy helping guests and creating a great experience
