We are looking for a friendly and motivated Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first person our guests meet, so you will help create a great first impression.
Your job is to provide excellent service, communicate clearly, and make sure every guest feels welcome and enjoys their stay.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests in a friendly and professional way
Answer guest questions and help with bookings and requests
Share clear information about the resort, activities, and services
Work with other departments to make sure guests have a smooth stay
Handle payments and keep records accurate
Solve guest issues quickly and keep them happy
Keep your check in area clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Good communication and people skills
Positive attitude and able to solve problems
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays
Reliable, well-presented, and a team player
Basic computer skills (experience with booking systems is a bonus)
Enjoy helping guests and creating a great experience
