KEY DUTIES:
- Conduct general repairs including carpentry, painting and minor plumbing
- Assist skilled tradesman as required
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Ensure tools and equipments are properly maintained
- Follow safety and operational procedure
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in general maintenance works
- Multi-skilled across different trades
- Ability to work in varying conditions
- Basic scaffolding assembly knowledge
- Physically fit
