Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

LOCATION: Suva
KEY DUTIES:
- Interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications to determine job requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and install structural components
- Construct and install frameworks
- Carry out repair, renovation and maintenance carpentry works
- Ensure work is completed to required quality standards and timeline
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years' proven experience in carpentry
- Trade certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Competent in use of hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic scaffolding assembly knowledge and safe working at heights
- Physically fit
