The Role

We are looking for a strong, hands-on baker to join our team. This is a bakery led role working across two kitchens, responsible for daily bakery production and stepping into the bakery to cover the Head Baker during leave periods.

You will also support pastry operations as required, with training provided. Ideal for a baker looking to broaden their skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily bakery production including breads, rolls, laminated dough, croissants and doughnuts
• Maintain consistency in fermentation, baking standards and product quality
• Cover the Head Baker during leave periods
• Support pastry production across service when required
• Coordinate production to meet service demands
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and kitchen standards
• Assist with stock control and ordering

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Bakery Chef de Partie
• Strong background in bread, fermentation and laminated dough's
• Confident running a bakery section independently
• Willingness to learn and support pastry
• Organized, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
