KEY DUTIES:
- Assist the Dock Master in overall management and safe navigation of the vessel
- Supervise deck operations floating dry dock
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Manage and train crew to maintain high standards of performance and safety
- Monitor vessel stability, operations and safety equipment readiness
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant qualification and valid Certification
- Experience of seagoing experience in a senior role
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decision in critical situations
