Minimum of Certificate in Catering Level 3.At least 1-year experience in an established hotel.A good understanding of restaurant buffet and a la carte operations.HACCP knowledge would be advantageous.Willingness to learn.Ability to work any shift pattern and flexible with working hours.Capable of working as part of a team and unsupervised.Confident working with a multi-cultural guest base.
