Vacancy: Admin Assistant

Location: Martintar, Nadi

JR GROUP (FIJI) PTE LTD is a dynamic and growing company based in Martintar, Nadi. We are committed to excellence in our services and are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and digital filing systems
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping 
  • Updating and maintaining databases and contact lists
  • Performing data entry 
  • Assist in stock takes
  • Asset registrations 
  • Travelling will be required to do market research.
  • Any other task assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Professional attitude and appearance
