Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Joiner to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our resort facilities based at Kokomo Private Island.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Conduct all aspects of Joinery from maintenance to new builds.

·       Attend to guest complaints as well as complaints from other departments

·       Able to communicate effectively with guest and co-workers

·       Carry out job assignments given by the Maintenance Manager, as business demands

·       Maintain logged records of all equipment as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

·       Maintain High level of quality workmanship for all projects. 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

·       Must possess Certificate in Joinery.

·       At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Joinery workshops

·       Work on shift including odd hours with minimum supervision

·       Be a team player and able to manage multiple jobs.

·       Must have approachable mannerism while maintaining a professional attitude

·       Valid driving license is an advantage.

·       Other safety training certification will be an advantage
