Handyman
Are you a skilled Handyman looking for a unique opportunity to work in luxurious private island? Kokomo Private Island is looking for a dedicated and experienced Handyman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, Gib plastering, tiling and carpentry tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from Maintenance Manager.
- Uphold safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.
- Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in various trades.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work unsupervised in a timely manner.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- First Aid & Fire Warden Certification is desirable.
- Valid Driving License would be advantage for the role.
