Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to join our team and support the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who have foundational knowledge in business systems and a strong interest in consulting, business processes, and enterprise technology.

As part of our team, you will work alongside senior consultants to support client engagements, contribute to system implementation activities, and help organisations optimise their financial, operational, and reporting processes through Business Central.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science/IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and core business processes.
  • Foundational knowledge in finance (GL, AP, AR, budgeting) or operations (procurement, inventory, sales, supply chain).
  • Awareness of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms.
  • Introductory knowledge of cloud concepts (SaaS, Azure) and basic data concepts (tables, fields, reports).
  • Familiarity with Business Central, Power BI/Power Apps, and Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Beneficial: understanding of configuration vs customisation, SDLC basics, and exposure to AL, SQL, Python, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills: able to document requirements and explain technical concepts simply.
  • Quick learner in client‑facing environments with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Professional, detail‑oriented, and committed to quality client service.
  • Genuine interest in consulting and enterprise systems; eager to learn across industries.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, proactive, curious, and open to feedback.
  • Willing to travel to client sites and participate in training/certification programs.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a project-based environment.
