Food & Beverages Coordinator - Island Based Position

Are you organized, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality? Mantaray Island Resort is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our vibrant dining outlets and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and events

  • Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely service

  • Manage reservations, dining schedules, and special guest requests

  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory tracking

  • Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate operational records

  • Support management with staff scheduling and coordination

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards

  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations or coordination role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Good understanding of restaurant and bar operations

  • Basic computer skills for reporting and coordination

  • Positive attitude with a passion for guest service
