Are you organized, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality? Mantaray Island Resort is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our vibrant dining outlets and bar operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and events
Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely service
Manage reservations, dining schedules, and special guest requests
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory tracking
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate operational records
Support management with staff scheduling and coordination
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations or coordination role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of restaurant and bar operations
Basic computer skills for reporting and coordination
Positive attitude with a passion for guest service
