Housekeeping Coordinator- Island Based Position

Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Mantaray Island Resort is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Coordinator to support our housekeeping operations and ensure every guest arrival is seamless, welcoming, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.  

  • Conduct basic training sessions to ensure all team members are well-equipped with the necessary skills. 

  • Conduct inspections to guarantee that guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet or exceed our established cleanliness standards.  

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience. 

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration for events, special requests, and overall guest satisfaction.  

  • Work closely with the maintenance team to report and address any maintenance issues promptly. 

  • Introduce new and efficient housekeeping practices to enhance productivity while maintaining high-quality standards. 

  • Implement eco-friendly initiatives to contribute to our commitment to sustainability.
