Lead Business Systems and Process Analyst, PSS

Seeking a highly motivated team member to champion the delivery, enhancement, and continuous improvement of our Amadeus Passenger Services System (PSS). This role is key to ensuring we unlock the full potential of our PSS capabilities and elevate the end to end customer and operational experience across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and validate new Amadeus PSS applications, features, enhancements, and configuration changes that enable Fiji Airways to meet its commercial and operational goals.
• Coordinate and conduct user training to ensure effective use of Amadeus PSS functionality.
• Gather information and use structured methods to thoroughly analyze business issues and identify opportunities for change and improvement.
• Make good decisions by reviewing a wide range of options and highlighting issues such as inadequate or ambiguous information.
• Follow and promote best practices related to project management and user support procedures.
• Ensure that the "Route to Live" release process is strictly adhered to. This includes validation of changes and quality assurance testing in the staging environment before the production update.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Must have a certification for Amadeus Altea or Amadeus Customer Management.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
• Completed Train the Trainers I and II is preferred.
• PRINCE2 Foundation certification would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in either Airline Reservations, Ticketing, Inventory, Scheduling or Departure Control System application use.
