We are currently seeking a highly motivated Partner Sales Executive to join our Sales Consumer Team at the Head office in Nabua, reporting to the Inventory Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!

As a Partner Sales Executive, you will be responsible for nurturing strong B2B relationships, driving revenue growth through channel partnerships, and championing innovative sales strategies in a fast-paced tech environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing partner sales strategies for devices and accessories across other Non-Digicel retail and commercial segments.
  • Building long-term relationships with key partners—distributors, resellers, retail networks—to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify growth areas and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with partner needs.
  • Driving quarterly and annual sales targets, with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Providing training and product support to partners to enhance engagement and product knowledge.
  • Monitoring pricing, inventory, and promotional performance, ensuring profitability and agility.

Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in tech devices or consumer electronics.
  • Strong experience managing channel partnerships or reseller networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-moving trends and customer demands.
  • Good report writing skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work constructively within a team environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
