Position: Activity Attendant
Location: Mantaray Island Resort
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Activities Guide - (Water & Land) to join our team and lead a variety of water-based guest activities.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being in the ocean, working with people from all over the world, and delivering fun, safe and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with daily water activities such as but not limited to:

  • Snorkeling trips

  • Manta ray excursions

  • Kayaking and paddle boarding

• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and professionally

• Provide basic snorkeling guidance and equipment assistance to guests

• Maintain and care for all activity equipment

• Assist guests with bookings and activity information

• Support marine conservation messaging and reef protection practices

• Work closely with the dive team and front office

Requirements:

• Confident swimmer with strong ocean awareness

• Friendly, outgoing personality and great with guests

• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Great English communication skills (additional languages a bonus)

• Previous experience in tourism, water sports or resorts is an advantage
