Position: Bartender
Location: Manta Ray Island Resort | Yasawa Islands, Fiji

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences and crafting amazing drinks? We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant island team at Manta Ray Island Resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control

• Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times

• Create a lively, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests

 Requirements: 

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and team player mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, honest, and well-presented

• Willingness to work island-based roster (24 days on / 5 days off)
