Location: MHCC

KEY DUTIES:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works including carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, joinery and Gib works
• Attend day-to-day maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Diagnose faults and undertake corrective repairs
• ensure all work is completed to an acceptable quality and safety standard
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition
• Prepare and submit job reports upon completion of assigned tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant Trade Certificate in Carpentry and Plumbing
• Advanced skills in carpentry, joinery, painting, plumbing, tiling and Gib works
• Minimum of 2 years experience in general maintenance or similar role
• Strong practical skills with tools and equipment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness and ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate job reports
• Clean and valid Group 2 Driver's License
