Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Location: MHCC
KEY DUTIES:
- Attend to air conditioning breakdown, repair and installation work
- Carry out preventative maintenance of all air-conditioning systems
- Maintain and service chiller systems, cooling towers and split units
- Assist with other general maintenance works around the complex when required
- Prepare job reports and maintenance documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant Trade Certificate from recognised institute
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with chiller systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Energetic and physically fit with the ability to work in confined spaces
- Team player with the ability to work under minimum supervision
- Report writing skills and basic computer knowledge
- Willingness and ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Clean and valid Group 2 Drivers License (Manual)
