Reservations Agent

Blue Lagoon Beach Resort is located on stunning Nacula Island in the Northern Yasawas. Comprising two restaurants, two pools, two bars, a busy Dive centre and offering accommodation for up to 145 guests, we are a busy resort.

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a professional, experienced and energetic Reservations superstar to join our dedicated Front Office Team as a full-time Reservations agent. The primary function of this role is to work diligently to provide concise, efficient communication across all our channels. On top of this, as logistics is a primary function of the role, the successful applicant will have experience in coordinating transfers and assisting guests with their plans, both prior to arrival and during their stay.

• The successful applicant will be able to join the live-in team on the resort, working a 24 days/8 day off rotation.
• Our new Reservations agent will be flexible in their approach to the role and able to also manage general Front Office functions if and when required
• Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the role will include immense opportunities to learn all functions associated with modern-day reservations as we use various software platforms to assist our guests.
• In return for the right person bringing energy and expertise to their everyday, we will continue to provide valuable training through industry leaders who have years of experience

The role will commence as soon as possible, as the Resort continues to get busier and busier, we need to expand our already amazing team.
