An opportunity has become available for a well-qualified, dynamic, self-motivated and experienced individual to join our Team as Head Chef (SuperEats)

The Role:

• Design menus specifically for batch cooking, freezing and other chilled storage
• Train and manage local kitchen staff
• Pioneer a new food category within Fìji
• Oversee blast freezing, portioning, labeling and storage standards
• Develop grab-and-go chilled food systems with controlled shelf life
• Implement food safety, HACCP and hygiene protocols
• Work with international and regional cuisine and  flavor profile
• Adapt recipes for cost efficiency, scales and local preferences
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness and production accuracy
• Align food production with app demand and delivery
• Support future expansion, new categories and automation
