OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Nadi, Fiji

We are a well-established, multi-award-winning fashion and retail business based in Nadi, with operations spanning retail boutiques, wholesale, and manufacturing. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced grounded dynamic, multi skilled person to join our team as Operations Manager, this is a leadership role that requires a driven person with operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily operations across Retail, Wholesale, and Manufacturing, oversee procedure systems together with the Managing Director.
• Improve and maintain efficient systems and processes.
• Proficiency in financial data entry
• Manage stock inventory and movement, keeping up to date on order purchasing.
• Track and improve operational and store performance
• Support the teams in different locations.
• Support in purchasing, planning and data entry.
• Work with the designer to support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an operations manager or similar senior role.
• Strong ethical standards and transparent communication.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Have the vision to forward think and plan, in all facets of the business operations.
• Accounting software proficiency e.g.: MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero
• Experience with inventory systems software (POS systems)
• Strong numerical and organisational skills
• Digital operations and IT support proficiency
• Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
• Fiji Driver’s License
