Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service

·         Proficient use of MS Office

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         Excellent phone etiquette skills

·         Ability to grasp tasks & responsibilities

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Must be well-organized & have good time-management skills
