Join our Premier Lounge team and deliver exceptional service in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barman / Barista to provide world class service to our Premier Lounge guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beverage preparation, a talent for creating memorable guest experiences, and the professionalism to uphold the high standards of our Lounge operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a well organized and immaculately presented bar area.
• Prepare a range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, specialty coffees and teas, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standard recipes.
• Deliver hygienic, efficient and timely beverage service.
• Manage, prioritize and complete beverage orders with a sense of urgency.
• Conduct daily opening and closing procedures, including stock takes.
• Greet guests in a warm, courteous manner and provide exceptional service interactions.
• Mix, garnish and present beverages professionally while practicing responsible portion control.
• Assist with stock requisitions and provide usage projections to the Lounge Manager / Duty Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens.
• Promote Premier Lounge and Fiji Airways products with confidence and accurate product knowledge.
• Carry out any other duties as required by the Duty Manager, F&B Supervisor or Lounge Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Food & Beverage.
• Minimum of 2-years work experience in a similar role (Bar/ hot beverage).
• Experience in creating recipes for various beverages including cocktails.
• Flexible with working days and hours.
• Confident Communicator.
• Confident working with a multi-cultural guest base.
• Holds a recognized HACCP qualification would be an advantage
• Has completed a Responsible Service of Alcohol training program.
• Well-groomed and high standard of personal presentation.
