Food & Beverage Attendant

Join our Premier Lounge team and be part of delivering a world class experience to our premium passengers.

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to support our high service standards and enhance the Fiji Airways brand through exceptional guest interactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver prompt, efficient, and courteous food and beverage service to all lounge guests.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across kitchen, stores, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
• Prepare and present food and beverage items in accordance with lounge and brand standards
• Work with a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain awareness of dietary requirements and allergens.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout all service areas.
• Promote Fiji Airways and Premier Lounge products through confident product knowledge and guest engagement.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Duty Manager, F&B Supervisor, or Lounge Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must have a relevant qualification in Food and Beverage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a food and beverage service role in a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Having Barista skills would be an advantage.
• To have completed First Aid training would be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Have general knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Must be able to work flexible hours / days.
• Confident working with a multi-cultural guest base.
• Must be able to adhere to Fiji Airways uniform and grooming standards.
