What role will you play as a member of the Marketing team?

The Omni Channel & Events Coordinator is a hands-on role focused on the seamless execution of digital, media, and shopper marketing activities across Fiji and the Pacific Islands.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Pan Pacific, this role is responsible for translating high-level brand strategies into live campaigns, in-store activations, and digital content. You will manage the day-to-day logistics of agency outputs, retailer requirements, and event coordination to ensure every brand touchpoint is executed with excellence.

What you will do

Campaign & Media Execution

Agency Coordination: Act as the primary daily contact for the media agency to ensure all campaign assets (banners, videos, copy) are delivered and go live on schedule.

Content Implementation: Upload, monitor, and update content across web, mobile, and social media platforms.

Influencer Logistics: Identify, brief, and coordinate with Influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines.

Social Monitoring: Conduct daily social listening and community management, responding to consumer inquiries and escalating potential issues to the cross-functional team.

Shopper & Retail Activation (The "Last Mile")

In-Store Implementation: Coordinate the end-to-end execution of shopper marketing plans for 8 Key Accounts in Fiji and 9 Distributors in the Pacific Islands.

POSM Management: Oversee the production, distribution, and installation of Point of Sale Materials (POSM), ensuring displays are compliant and high-quality.

Event Coordination: Manage the physical logistics for key brand activations, including OHM, S4M, and Christmas programs (e.g., booking venues, organizing promoters, and managing kit lists).

Retailer Alignment: Work directly with retailer digital teams to ensure brand assets are correctly placed within their digital ecosystems and "e-shelf" environments.

Operational & Financial Support

Budget Tracking: Perform monthly budget reconciliations for ANP (Advertising & Promotion) spend, ensuring all invoices are processed and tracked against the plan.

Performance Reporting: Pull data and compile weekly/monthly reports on digital campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs for the Brand leads.

Asset Auditing: Regularly audit digital and physical retail touchpoints to ensure the brand is represented correctly and consistently.

Data Maintenance: Utilize Nielsen and internal sales data to update tracking sheets that inform future activation adjustments.

What we are looking for Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a "hands-on" Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Agency role (CPG experience strongly preferred).
    • Demonstrated experience in project coordination—moving a project from a brief to a finished physical or digital product.
    • Experience managing vendors, printers, or creative agencies.
  • Action-Oriented with a "get-it-done" attitude with a focus on meeting deadlines and solving logistical hurdles.
    • Detail-Focused: Exceptional accuracy in managing budget spreadsheets and reviewing creative artwork for errors.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite/MS O ce and a quick learner of digital platforms and Nielsen tools.
  • Execution Excellence: You take pride in the "how" and ensure every activation is f lawless.
  • Collaborator: You enjoy working with different teams (Sales, Brand, Supply Chain) to move projects forward.
  • Adaptive: You can pivot quickly when retail conditions change or deadlines move.
