Front Office Team Member – Job Opportunity
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Office Team Member to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, bookings, and guest enquiries
- Provide accurate information about the property, services, and local area
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues
- Maintain front desk organisation and presentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
