Front Office Team Member – Job Opportunity

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Office Team Member to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and guest enquiries
  • Provide accurate information about the property, services, and local area
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues
  • Maintain front desk organisation and presentation
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
