Executive Chef – Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to take ownership of kitchen operations, menu innovation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high performance and morale
  • Design and implement creative, menus aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee all food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage food cost, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage procurement
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with management on guest experience and special events

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume or luxury environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of modern culinary techniques and trends
  • Solid understanding of cost control and kitchen financials
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
  • Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
