Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high performance and morale
- Design and implement creative, menus aligned with brand standards
- Oversee all food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage food cost, budgeting, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage procurement
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
- Collaborate with management on guest experience and special events
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume or luxury environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of modern culinary techniques and trends
- Solid understanding of cost control and kitchen financials
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
- Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
