  • A natural ability to read guests and respond to their needs without being prompted
  • Someone who can stay calm under pressure and think for themselves
  • Good personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to work independently, but also contribute to a small, tight-knit team
  • Comfortable living on island and sharing staff facilities

What the role involves:

  • Being the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay
  • Welcoming guests on arrival and settling them into their villas
  • Managing guest requests and resolving issues quickly and properly
  • Creating guest itineraries from pre-arrival forms and from guests in house
  • Working closely with all departments to make sure things run smoothly
  • Keeping management informed of any issues, feedback, or patterns
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the resort, villas, rates and inclusions
  • Using the PMS daily for reservations, billing and guest profiles
  • Handling payments in line with company procedures
  • Assisting where needed across the operation, including luggage or transfers when required
  • Following all health, safety and operational procedures

A valid driver’s licence is required. First aid training is a plus, but not essential.

f you’re reliable, switched on, and enjoy working in a small team where everyone pulls their weight, we’d like to hear from you.
