Boiler Operator - Fiji Dairy Pte Limited

About us:
Fiji Dairy Pte Limited is a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies and is the leading manufacturer of a range of dairy products including pasteurized milk, UHT milk, powdered milk, butter, yoghurt, fresh and sour cream and various other flavored dairy products. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Boiler Operator to join our manufacturing team to be based in our Head Office, Cunningham Road, Nabua.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate the Boiler according to the operational parameters.
• Carry out the Boiler safety and operational checks and perform routine maintenance on equipment’s and systems in the factory.
• Maintain Boiler log sheets and ensure timely submission to accounts for recording.
• Carryout checks on Boiler, pump, fan and other related valves and fittings daily.
• Ensure all water pipelines and water tanks are in required running condition at all times.
• Ensure servicing of Boiler is carried out for annual compliance.
• Ensure adherence to all SOP and safety instructions whilst operating and maintaining Boiler.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or relevant Certificate in Boiler Maintenance and operation.
• At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance including Boiler Operation.
• Willing to work on rostered shift.
• Should be able to communicate well and be proactive.
