KEY DUTIES:

  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all times
  • Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Attend to customer inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and appropriately
  • Clear tables promptly after use and reset them quickly
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service counters and wash areas
  • Ensure all workstations are well-stocked and organised throughout the shift
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service will be an advantage 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Honest, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
