Guest Services & Operations

• Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps according to client needs.

• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.

• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety at all times.

• Demonstrate proper use of spa equipment and techniques.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest spa trends, products, and wellness practices.

• Build rapport with clients to promote repeat visits and customer satisfaction.

• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.

• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing treatment room availability.

• Handle client inquiries professionally, both in-person and over the phone.

• Support team members with spa operations and special events as needed.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and product inventory.
