Guest Services & Operations

• Activities Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing daily guest activities, events, and excursions.

• Ensure all equipment for activities (snorkelling, kayaking, sports, etc.) is prepared, safe, and maintained.

• Provide clear instructions and guidance to guests during activities.

• Monitor guest participation to ensure safety and enjoyment.

• Support the Activities Manager in organising special events, workshops, or themed nights.

• Conduct basic first aid if required and report any incidents promptly.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of activity areas and equipment storage.

• Offer friendly, professional, and welcoming service to guests at all times.

• Collect guest feedback to improve activity offerings.

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of activity supplies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across all activities.

• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required.
