Guest Services & Operationsgene

• Boat Captain

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate and operate vessels safely in compliance with maritime regulations.

• Plan and execute daily routes and itineraries for passengers or cargo.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, crew, and cargo on board.

• Conduct pre-departure vessel inspections and routine maintenance checks.

• Manage and supervise deck crew, assigning tasks and overseeing operations.

• Monitor weather conditions and adjust routes or schedules as necessary.

• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and vessel records as required.

• Respond to emergencies, including mechanical failures or medical situations.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all passengers and crew follow safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with port authorities, marinas, and relevant regulatory bodies.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing cargo when applicable.

• Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction with passengers.
