Guest Services & Operationsgene

• Housekeeping Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.

• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.

• Ensure rooms are prepared and inspected before guest arrival.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the supervisor promptly.

• Follow resort cleanliness, health, and safety standards at all times.

• Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly.

• Assist with laundry duties when required.

• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and respond to requests promptly.

• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining a tidy and welcoming resort environment.

• Follow daily work schedules and complete assigned rooms within required timeframes.

• Uphold the resort’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and guest privacy.
