We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and career‑driven individuals to fill the following Management, Operations and specialised positions:

Management Roles

• Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.

• Manage and lead the restaurant, bar, kitchen coordination, and events service teams.

• Ensure consistent quality of food presentation, beverage service, and guest experience in line with resort standards.

• Develop and implement innovative menus, promotions, and themed dining experiences in collaboration with the Executive Chef.

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing to meet budget targets.

• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain excellent service, professionalism, and teamwork.

• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, food safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

• Coordinate private events, weddings, and special functions to deliver memorable guest experiences.

• Maintain strong guest engagement, addressing feedback and resolving service issues promptly.

• Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure efficient stock ordering and storage.

• Promote a culture of hospitality excellence aligned with the resort’s brand and guest experience values.
