Management Roles

  • Executive Chef

Executive Chef – Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

  • Design and update menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and the resort’s culinary vision.

  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain exceptional dining experiences for guests.

  • Manage kitchen staff including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and purchasing to maintain profitability and minimise waste.

  • Build strong relationships with local suppliers to ensure quality ingredients and reliable supply.

  • Coordinate with management and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest service.

  • Develop special menus for events, functions, and themed dining experiences.

  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safe usage.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance kitchen culture.

  • Continuously innovate and introduce new dishes and culinary concepts to enhance the resort’s reputation.
