With the upcoming launch of Serenity Sands, Fiji’s very first glamping tent resort, this is a unique chance to be part of something truly special in the tourism industry.
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and career‑driven individuals to fill the following Management, Operations and specialised positions:
Management Roles
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and operational management of the resort to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee daily resort operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, activities, and guest services.
Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, budgeting, and cost control.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing hospitality team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and responding to guest feedback.
Manage sales, marketing, and partnerships to increase occupancy, events, and international bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with tour operators, travel agents, and industry partners.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee maintenance and presentation of resort facilities, ensuring the island environment is well preserved.
Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring against KPIs.
Lead the planning and delivery of special events, weddings, and corporate retreats.
Represent the resort with local communities, government agencies, and tourism stakeholders.
