PMTE, service providers in HR, workforce training, and development, is recruiting on behalf of its client, an island‑based resort located just a 20-minute boat ride from Vuda Marina. With the upcoming launch of Serenity Sands, Fiji’s very first glamping tent resort, this is a unique chance to be part of something truly special in the tourism industry.

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and career‑driven individuals to fill the following Management, Operations and specialised positions:

Management Roles

  • General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and operational management of the resort to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

  • Oversee daily resort operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, activities, and guest services.

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing hospitality team, fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and responding to guest feedback.

  • Manage sales, marketing, and partnerships to increase occupancy, events, and international bookings.

  • Maintain strong relationships with tour operators, travel agents, and industry partners.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee maintenance and presentation of resort facilities, ensuring the island environment is well preserved.

  • Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring against KPIs.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of special events, weddings, and corporate retreats.

  • Represent the resort with local communities, government agencies, and tourism stakeholders.
