Carpenters Motors - Storeman - Suva

Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji,  is seeking applications for the Storeman position to be based at Carpenters Motors - Light Mechanical Repairs, Suva. Key Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts against delivery notes and purchase orders
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and binning of automotive parts
• Maintain accurate stock records
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly/annual stock takes
• Report stock discrepancies, damages or shortages immediately
• Issue spare parts to workshop technicians and service staff as per job card
• Prepare parts for customer orders, inter-branch transfers, or supplier returns
• Ensure correct parts are issued to aviod delays and rework

Requirements:  

• Form 6 pass
• 1-2 years of work experience in similar role
• Good computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
