As a Brand Manager in our Marketing team, you will be responsible for converting global strategies into high impact local campaigns for Fiji and the Pacific Islands and ensuring flawless execution at the retail level through shopper promotions and broad scale brand activations.

You'll oversee all elements of the marketing mix, ensuring creative and flawless execution. You will take full ownership of the brand P&L, optimize advertising spend, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance.

You will focus on:

Strategic Localisation

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Be the primary marketing contact for all internal business partners such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Network Operations & Regulatory Affairs/Legal.  You would be responsible for ensuring these teams have the information required to bring our products to market (e.g sell-in presentations, samples, and data).

Retail & Shopper Marketing Execution

  • Lead the planning and physical setup of shopper promotions and brand events.  You are responsible for ensuring point of sale (POS) materials are produced, delivered, and installed correctly to drive visibility in store.

Operational Execution

  • Lead the end to end process for product launches.  This includes managing the checklist for SKU creation, logistics coordination, and sample management to ensure products reach the market on schedule.

Compliance & Approvals

  • Proactively manage the global approval workflow. You will work with Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure all products, retail signage, ads, and promotional mechanics are compliant before launch.

Performance & ROI Analysis

  • Track the effectiveness of marketing spend and shopper promotions. You will provide professional reports on which activities drove the highest sales volume and best return on investment.

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct regular analysis of competitor activity and consumer trends in the Pacific region, providing summaries that inform quarterly planning.
