Graduate Sales Representative

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play an essential role in driving business growth by making outbound calls to potential clients and achieving high customer engagement.

You will speak with potential clients, understand their needs, and book a consultation with our Mortgage Brokers who can then work with the client to tailor a mortgage solution.

The role is an entry-level position and evolves to Client Support and then Loan Writer.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads
  • Follow a proven sales script and adapt to customer needs
  • Build exponential product knowledge within 3 to 9 months
  • Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPI targets
  • Accurately record call outcomes and customer information on CRM and activity reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and broker teams

Education & Experience

  1. University Degree
  2. Previous sales or call-centre experience (preferred but not essential)
