About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Success Officer to join our Freight Services team. In this role, you will support the smooth flow of inbound and outbound FAK (VLS, Swire) cargo by ensuring timely documentation, accurate invoicing, and reliable communication with customers and agents.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Send prealerts, arrival updates, CTMrelated notices, freeday reminders & customer charges.
  • Dispatch Toyofuji invoices and required documentation.
  • Reconcile manifests, resolve discrepancies & align carrier arrivals with received data.
  • Finalise monthly CSR reports and coordinate submissions to SSL Finance & VLS.
  • Process EDI, manage container handovers & update HMC costs in Cargowise.
  • Prepare freight, space, transshipment, ECOLAB & detention invoices; process bond refunds & vendor invoices in Mediusflow.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualifications: Diploma in Customs or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years experience in freight, logistics, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Excellent time management, document processing skills, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of cargo handling and logistics processes.
