About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Success Officer to join our Freight Services team. In this role, you will support the smooth flow of inbound and outbound FAK (VLS, Swire) cargo by ensuring timely documentation, accurate invoicing, and reliable communication with customers and agents.
