MAINTENANCE PLANNER
About us:
Fiji Dairy Pte Limited is a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies and is the leading manufacturer of a range of dairy products including pasteurized milk, UHT milk, powdered milk, butter, yoghurt, fresh and sour cream and various other flavored dairy products. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Maintenance Planner to join our manufacturing team to be based in our Head Office, Cunningham Road, Nabua.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare machine preventative maintenance plan in liaison with Engineering Manager.
- Liaise with Production team to confirm maintenance schedule and machine availability.
- Ensure spare parts availability for planned maintenance.
- Plan Instrument calibration and ensure checklist for new machines are precise and accurately documented.
- Assist with maintenance work and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) awareness to the technical staff.
- Prepare and submit monthly breakdown reports.
- Assist in stock-takes, guide technical team and liaise with suppliers for technical enquiries.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge about preventative maintenance planning.
- Have the drive, energy and personality to work as part of a team.
- Excellent technical knowledge of manufacturing plants and equipment.
- Have leadership qualities to motivate and guide the team.
